LifeWay Christian Resources is bringing their “Going Beyond” event to Oklahoma on August 6-7 at BattleCreek Church in Broken Arrow. This event

Yes, our church facilities are a bit of a mess. But…it is time to start planning for the next cycle of Missions, Bible Studies, and Events. We have moved the planning meeting for RUTH at the Cafe’ at 5:15pm to Sunday, July 25th. There is a lot of fun in serving. So please grace us with your presence, ideas and feedback. The opportunity to sign up for RUTH committees will also be available.

This annual event will have one of our loveliest ladies, Christina Chartney, returning to our church to speak on Reflecting God’s Glory as we decorate tables around the theme, “Bedazzled”. 2 COR 3:18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
This is the last major RUTH event before the summer break. Table Hostesses are needed from all church groups. If you are interested in hostessing a table, contact Pam Frisbie or use the RUTH contact email on this site.
Ticket prices are:
$10 for QSBC members
$5.00 for 1st time guests and New Members to QSBC (those who have joined since September).
All tickets and sign-ups are at the RUTH table in the central hallway by the Library in between regular church services.

More than 120 Ladies heard Shelly Pulliam emphasize the treasure God gives us through our Christian friends at the Kick-Off Event held on September 24th. The “Equip, Connect, and Encourage” focus was pulled through with opportunities to learn about the many Mission and Ministry programs held through QSBC. The Fraser Sunday School class did a beautiful job in decorating the Fellowship Hall tables and also assisted in serving the food to the ladies in attendance. The quartet of Angela Lee, Denise Greewood, Lisa Fulcher and Pam Booker set a truly inspired atmosphere with their songs, “I Come to Praise You” and “Circle of Friends”. It was a wonderful opportunity to visit with long-time friends and establish new friendships as well with the new members & visitors. God’s grace was in abundance.
